Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates We offer flat-rate shipping across the EU. Free shipping is available on orders over €75 (EU) and €30 (Netherlands).

Delivery Timeframes

• European Union: 3–5 business days

Carriers We ship with PostNL and DHL. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
